If we wait until we are ready, we will be waiting for the rest of our lives

It’s amazing how insiders choose to call a house their dream when they could actually turn it into their homes.

Whoever you are, whatever you do & where ever you may find yourself, at any point in time, the relevance of accommodation and housing cannot be despised.

A child may always be comfortable living in their family house but until they turn 18…

The average ‘young adult’ then begins to sense the strong urge to relocate and start life the independent way.

More often than not, they’d opt for a single unit facility for privacy sake, despite the multiple vacant room slots in their native homes.

Our youngsters & Service personnel also, after their college education amongst their myriad needs, will often list accommodation and housing.

Growing up, the average bachelor at the thought of marriage, gets to a point where he needs to consider a bigger/better place of abode…

Here again, the need for housing becomes more of a necessity than luxury.

Going forward, as more and more kids are introduced, the nuclear family ceases to assume a small family unit.

Eventually there comes another inevitable need for a relocation (for some members) or a complete expansion of the existing family unit to house the larger group.

The newly transferred family man despite his achievable goal of mounting that glamorous mansion on the country side, requires the services of a realtor to secure some new [perhaps temporal] home at his new office post outside his place of origin.

So whoever you are, whatever you do & where ever you may find yourself, at any point in time, you need a realtor, you need a home.
